Worongary has a proud history of sporting triumph. With excellence in sport, teams must have space to train and play. The large grass oval is full of children at lunch times playing everything from soccer to rugby league through to AFL. The oval has rugby league posts at both ends, 2 long jump pits and a marked running/sprinting track. Above the oval are 2 multipurpose courts that are setup for either basketball, netball or tennis.
