The Curriculum into the Classroom(C2C) project supports state school implementation of the Australian curriculum with a comprehensive set of sample school curriculum plans. These are based on plans produced by the Queensland Studies Authority (QSA).
C2C curriculum plans encompass English, Mathematics and Science. These plans provide schools with lessons, stimulus, exemplars and assessment items which embrace the demands of the Australian curriculum.
At Worongary State School each year level has an outline of topics and skills and teachers differentiate lessons and teaching to meet the needs of their students for best improvement.
