Our Resource Centre is physically the centre of our school.
"Inquizador", our reading tree of knowledge, stands proudly in our Resource Centre. With a few additions, the tree now reads to the students, and some very exciting student-led projects are currently being planned as well.
Witht he marvellous addition to our literacy centre, students and teachers are filling the library at every opportunity.
Students area able to come to the Resource Centre before school (8:30am - 8:50am), morning tea (11:00am - 11:30am) and at second break (1:30pm - 1:50pm) for quiet reflection.
Students can borrow at any time, but they come with their class every week. Preps to year 3 sutdents require a borrowing bag to take their books home.
Borrowing allowances are:
Preps - year 2 can borrow 1 book each week
Year 3 - year 4 can borrow 2 books each week
Year 5 - Year 6 can borrow 3 books each week.
